Undercuts the big names

The upgrade path nudges you toward the full Zoho One bundle, and support on the lower tiers is lighter. The free edition covered our first few users at no cost, which is about the only positive.

Pros

The free edition covered our first few users at no cost.

Cons

The upgrade path nudges you toward the full Zoho One bundle.

Undercuts the big names

The functionality per pound genuinely undercuts the big names. Only real gripe is that fewer UK partners know it than Salesforce or HubSpot.

Great if you are in the Zoho world

The free edition covered our first few users at no cost, and the customisation let us shape it to our exact process. Support on the lower tiers is lighter, but we live with it.
