Incredible value for the features

The free edition covered our first few users at no cost. That said, support on the lower tiers is lighter and fewer UK partners know it than Salesforce or HubSpot.

Pros

The free edition covered our first few users at no cost.

Cons

Support on the lower tiers is lighter.

Great if you are in the Zoho world

The functionality per pound genuinely undercuts the big names, and if you already use Zoho the other apps just connect. The breadth takes real thought to configure well, but we live with it.

Deep CRM without the price

Support on the lower tiers is lighter, and fewer UK partners know it than Salesforce or HubSpot. The customisation let us shape it to our exact process, which is about the only positive.

Pros

The customisation let us shape it to our exact process.

Cons

Support on the lower tiers is lighter.
