Undercuts the big names

If you already use Zoho the other apps just connect. Only real gripe is that the breadth takes real thought to configure well.

Powerful, takes setup

The customisation let us shape it to our exact process. That said, support on the lower tiers is lighter and fewer UK partners know it than Salesforce or HubSpot.

Pros

Great if you are in the Zoho world

The AI assistant and analytics arrive cheaper than rivals reserve them, and the functionality per pound genuinely undercuts the big names. No complaints so far.
