Stopped us losing billable time

It closed the gap on unbilled hours within the first quarter. Only real gripe is that you need the Ultimate plan, which is a jump from Grow.

Tracked time pulls straight onto the invoice so nothing goes unbilled, and it closed the gap on unbilled hours within the first quarter. No complaints so far.

You need the Ultimate plan, which is a jump from Grow. Reporting is limited to what Xero gives you. Looking at alternatives.

Good costing, not planning

Costs come from real supplier bills, not numbers typed into a spreadsheet. Only real gripe is that it is job costing, not project management, there are no Gantt charts.
