It closed the gap on unbilled hours within the first quarter, and tracked time pulls straight onto the invoice so nothing goes unbilled. No complaints so far.

No resource planning if you need to schedule the work as well, and you need the Ultimate plan, which is a jump from Grow. It closed the gap on unbilled hours within the first quarter, which is about the only positive.
