Worth the Ultimate upgrade for us

It closed the gap on unbilled hours within the first quarter. Only real gripe is that for utilisation analysis you will want a dedicated tool.

Good costing, not planning

We finally know which jobs make money rather than guessing, and time entry is simple enough that the team actually does it. No complaints so far.

Worth the Ultimate upgrade for us

It closed the gap on unbilled hours within the first quarter, and costs come from real supplier bills, not numbers typed into a spreadsheet. It is job costing, not project management, there are no Gantt charts, but we live with it.

It closed the gap on unbilled hours within the first quarter, and tracked time pulls straight onto the invoice so nothing goes unbilled. You need the Ultimate plan, which is a jump from Grow, but we live with it.
