Worth the Ultimate upgrade for us

Tracked time pulls straight onto the invoice so nothing goes unbilled. That said, reporting is limited to what Xero gives you and for utilisation analysis you will want a dedicated tool.

We finally know which jobs make money rather than guessing. That said, you need the Ultimate plan, which is a jump from Grow and no resource planning if you need to schedule the work as well.

It is job costing, not project management, there are no Gantt charts. You need the Ultimate plan, which is a jump from Grow. Looking at alternatives.

Costs come from real supplier bills, not numbers typed into a spreadsheet, and it closed the gap on unbilled hours within the first quarter. For utilisation analysis you will want a dedicated tool, but we live with it.
