Good costing, not planning

Costs come from real supplier bills, not numbers typed into a spreadsheet. Only real gripe is that you need the Ultimate plan, which is a jump from Grow.

Worth the Ultimate upgrade for us

Mixed. It closed the gap on unbilled hours within the first quarter, but reporting is limited to what Xero gives you.

Time entry is simple enough that the team actually does it. That said, you need the Ultimate plan, which is a jump from Grow and no resource planning if you need to schedule the work as well.
