Stopped us losing billable time
It closed the gap on unbilled hours within the first quarter. Only real gripe is that it is job costing, not project management, there are no Gantt charts.

Tracked time pulls straight onto the invoice so nothing goes unbilled, and time entry is simple enough that the team actually does it. It is job costing, not project management, there are no Gantt charts, but we live with it.
