Stopped us losing billable time
We finally know which jobs make money rather than guessing, and it closed the gap on unbilled hours within the first quarter. You need the Ultimate plan, which is a jump from Grow, but we live with it.

Job costing done simply
Time entry is simple enough that the team actually does it, and tracked time pulls straight onto the invoice so nothing goes unbilled. No complaints so far.

Job costing done simply
For utilisation analysis you will want a dedicated tool, and it is job costing, not project management, there are no Gantt charts. Costs come from real supplier bills, not numbers typed into a spreadsheet, which is about the only positive.

Time entry is simple enough that the team actually does it. That said, for utilisation analysis you will want a dedicated tool and reporting is limited to what Xero gives you.
