Worth the Ultimate upgrade for us

We finally know which jobs make money rather than guessing, and costs come from real supplier bills, not numbers typed into a spreadsheet. No complaints so far.

Good costing, not planning

For utilisation analysis you will want a dedicated tool, and you need the Ultimate plan, which is a jump from Grow. Time entry is simple enough that the team actually does it, which is about the only positive.

Worth the Ultimate upgrade for us

It closed the gap on unbilled hours within the first quarter. That said, for utilisation analysis you will want a dedicated tool and reporting is limited to what Xero gives you.

Time entry is simple enough that the team actually does it, and tracked time pulls straight onto the invoice so nothing goes unbilled. For utilisation analysis you will want a dedicated tool, but we live with it.
