Needs an admin to run well

There is almost nothing you cannot configure it to do. The reporting and forecasting are genuinely powerful.

Pros

There is almost nothing you cannot configure it to do.

Cons

The cost climbs steeply once you are past the entry tier.

Scales to real complexity

It scaled with us as our sales operation grew complex, and there is almost nothing you cannot configure it to do. No complaints so far.

Pros

It scaled with us as our sales operation grew complex.

Cons

For a simple sales process it is far more than we needed.

Overkill for a small team

The ecosystem means whatever we need to connect, someone built it, and it scaled with us as our sales operation grew complex. For a simple sales process it is far more than we needed, but we live with it.
