Configures to anything

Mixed. There is almost nothing you cannot configure it to do, but the real cost includes a consultant we did not budget for.

There is almost nothing you cannot configure it to do.

Configures to anything

Having a dedicated admin, it fits our process exactly. Only real gripe is that for a simple sales process it is far more than we needed.

Needs an admin to run well

The cost climbs steeply once you are past the entry tier, and it needs ongoing administration or it becomes a mess. The reporting and forecasting are genuinely powerful, which is about the only positive.

Pros

The reporting and forecasting are genuinely powerful.

Cons

The cost climbs steeply once you are past the entry tier.
