Configures to anything

There is almost nothing you cannot configure it to do, and the ecosystem means whatever we need to connect, someone built it. No complaints so far.

Pros

There is almost nothing you cannot configure it to do.

Cons

For a simple sales process it is far more than we needed.

Overkill for a small team

There is almost nothing you cannot configure it to do. That said, the real cost includes a consultant we did not budget for and it needs ongoing administration or it becomes a mess.

Configures to anything

It scaled with us as our sales operation grew complex. Only real gripe is that the real cost includes a consultant we did not budget for.

Needs an admin to run well

The ecosystem means whatever we need to connect, someone built it. Only real gripe is that the cost climbs steeply once you are past the entry tier.
