Overkill for a small team

The reporting and forecasting are genuinely powerful. The ecosystem means whatever we need to connect, someone built it.

Pros

The reporting and forecasting are genuinely powerful.

Cons

It needs ongoing administration or it becomes a mess.

Configures to anything

There is almost nothing you cannot configure it to do. That said, for a simple sales process it is far more than we needed and it needs ongoing administration or it becomes a mess.

Pros

There is almost nothing you cannot configure it to do.

Cons

For a simple sales process it is far more than we needed.
