Fine until you need complexity

No payroll training and I have never missed an RTI deadline, and Copilot caught a net pay that had moved 40 percent before I committed. The five employee inclusion means the real cost is higher than the headline, but we live with it.

Pros

No payroll training and I have never missed an RTI deadline.

Cons

The five employee inclusion means the real cost is higher than the headline.

Auto enrolment finally stopped worrying me

HMRC notices come straight into the pay run. Auto enrolment assessment happens without me remembering to do it.

Pros

HMRC notices come straight into the pay run.

Cons

Not enough depth if you run multiple pay frequencies.
