Pay run takes ten minutes now

Auto enrolment assessment happens without me remembering to do it. That said, the five employee inclusion means the real cost is higher than the headline and corrections to a previous period are more awkward than they should be.

Pros

Auto enrolment assessment happens without me remembering to do it.

Cons

The five employee inclusion means the real cost is higher than the headline.

Pay run takes ten minutes now

A pay run for twelve people takes about ten minutes. That said, reporting is basic if your accountant wants detail and corrections to a previous period are more awkward than they should be.

Pros

A pay run for twelve people takes about ten minutes.

Cons

Reporting is basic if your accountant wants detail.

Pay run takes ten minutes now

HMRC notices come straight into the pay run, and no payroll training and I have never missed an RTI deadline. Corrections to a previous period are more awkward than they should be, but we live with it.

Pros

HMRC notices come straight into the pay run.

Cons

Corrections to a previous period are more awkward than they should be.

Auto enrolment finally stopped worrying me

Not enough depth if you run multiple pay frequencies. CIS subcontractors are not handled here, which confused us at first. Looking at alternatives.

Pros

A pay run for twelve people takes about ten minutes.

Cons

Not enough depth if you run multiple pay frequencies.

Good for a small team
