Does leave properly

The 250 employee ceiling is real and we are approaching it, and the modules add up quickly once you want more than leave. The org chart updates itself as people join and leave, which is about the only positive.

Pros

The org chart updates itself as people join and leave.

Cons

The 250 employee ceiling is real and we are approaching it.

Does leave properly

Part day leave calculates correctly, which the last system did not, and starting with leave only and adding modules later suited our budget. No complaints so far.

Pros

Part day leave calculates correctly, which the last system did not.

Cons

The recruitment module is expensive for what it does.

Good core, modules get pricey

Onboarding checklists mean new starters get set up consistently, and the org chart updates itself as people join and leave. No complaints so far.

Pros

Onboarding checklists mean new starters get set up consistently.

Cons

Payroll is a separate subscription, which was not obvious at first.

Killed the holiday spreadsheet
