Killed the holiday spreadsheet
The org chart updates itself as people join and leave, and part day leave calculates correctly, which the last system did not. The 250 employee ceiling is real and we are approaching it, but we live with it.

The org chart updates itself as people join and leave, and part day leave calculates correctly, which the last system did not. Payroll is a separate subscription, which was not obvious at first, but we live with it.

Staff actually use the app
The modules add up quickly once you want more than leave, and reporting is limited unless you export. The mobile app means site staff actually submit requests, which is about the only positive.
