Right size for a growing team

The mobile app means site staff actually submit requests. That said, payroll is a separate subscription, which was not obvious at first and the modules add up quickly once you want more than leave.

Pros

The mobile app means site staff actually submit requests.

Cons

Payroll is a separate subscription, which was not obvious at first.

Staff actually use the app

Part day leave calculates correctly, which the last system did not. Only real gripe is that the 250 employee ceiling is real and we are approaching it.

Pros

Part day leave calculates correctly, which the last system did not.

Cons

The 250 employee ceiling is real and we are approaching it.

Right size for a growing team

Onboarding checklists mean new starters get set up consistently, and starting with leave only and adding modules later suited our budget. Payroll is a separate subscription, which was not obvious at first, but we live with it.

Good core, modules get pricey

Pros

The org chart updates itself as people join and leave.
