Does the basics well

The pay run is forgiving for someone who is not a payroll specialist, and running payroll inside the same product means no journal to key by hand. No complaints so far.

Auto enrolment just works

One supplier for accounts and payroll keeps the audit trail simple. Only real gripe is that depth runs out fast if your payroll is anything but straightforward.

Not something a payroll bureau should be looking at, and depth runs out fast if your payroll is anything but straightforward. Payslips self serve so the team stopped emailing me for copies, which is about the only positive.
