Multi country in one system

Recruitment and onboarding sit alongside the records properly, and the structured workflows keep us consistent as we scale. It can feel heavy for a small informal team, but we live with it.

Pros

Recruitment and onboarding sit alongside the records properly.

Cons

It can feel heavy for a small informal team.

Good for our European offices

It handles different country rules without a separate tool. Only real gripe is that pricing is quoted and it is a mid market cost, not small business.

Pros

It handles different country rules without a separate tool.

Cons

Pricing is quoted and it is a mid market cost, not small business.

Structured HR that scales

It handles different country rules without a separate tool. Only real gripe is that implementation was a project rather than an afternoon.

Serious platform, real setup

Running the UK and two European offices in one system works well. That said, UK payroll needed scoping rather than being native and pricing is quoted and it is a mid market cost, not small business.

Process driven and consistent

UK payroll needed scoping rather than being native, and implementation was a project rather than an afternoon. The process discipline suited our growing company, which is about the only positive.

Pros
