The free tier is genuinely great

Having marketing and sales on one contact record ended two integrations. That said, the jump from free to paid is steep once you need automation and it is more platform than a small sales team needs.

Pros

Having marketing and sales on one contact record ended two integrations.

Cons

The jump from free to paid is steep once you need automation.

Powerful once you commit

The app marketplace connected to everything we already run, and the team adopted it without any training, which never happens. No complaints so far.

Adopted with zero training

Having marketing and sales on one contact record ended two integrations, and HubSpot Academy meant we onboarded ourselves for free. The jump from free to paid is steep once you need automation, but we live with it.

Mixed. The app marketplace connected to everything we already run, but marketing contacts pricing climbs as your database grows.

Watch the jump to paid

It is more platform than a small sales team needs, and the jump from free to paid is steep once you need automation. The team adopted it without any training, which never happens, which is about the only positive.

The team adopted it without any training, which never happens.

Cons

It is more platform than a small sales team needs.

Grew with us from free

The free tier got our whole sales team off spreadsheets at no cost. Only real gripe is that it is more platform than a small sales team needs.

The free tier is genuinely great

The app marketplace connected to everything we already run, and email tracking and sequences saved our reps real time. The cost crept up exactly as we became dependent on it, but we live with it.
