Grew with us from free

HubSpot Academy meant we onboarded ourselves for free, and the free tier got our whole sales team off spreadsheets at no cost. The cost crept up exactly as we became dependent on it, but we live with it.

Pros

HubSpot Academy meant we onboarded ourselves for free.

Cons

The cost crept up exactly as we became dependent on it.

Adopted with zero training

The app marketplace connected to everything we already run. Only real gripe is that it is more platform than a small sales team needs.

Adopted with zero training

The free tier got our whole sales team off spreadsheets at no cost, and having marketing and sales on one contact record ended two integrations. No complaints so far.

Watch the jump to paid

The team adopted it without any training, which never happens, and HubSpot Academy meant we onboarded ourselves for free. No complaints so far.

Pros

The team adopted it without any training, which never happens.

Cons

The jump from free to paid is steep once you need automation.

One platform for sales and marketing

Email tracking and sequences saved our reps real time, and the free tier got our whole sales team off spreadsheets at no cost. The jump from free to paid is steep once you need automation, but we live with it.

Powerful once you commit

The app marketplace connected to everything we already run. That said, marketing contacts pricing climbs as your database grows and the jump from free to paid is steep once you need automation.

Pros

The app marketplace connected to everything we already run.

Cons

Marketing contacts pricing climbs as your database grows.

The free tier is genuinely great

The app marketplace connected to everything we already run. Only real gripe is that the cost crept up exactly as we became dependent on it.
