Watch the jump to paid

The team adopted it without any training, which never happens. That said, it is more platform than a small sales team needs and the cost crept up exactly as we became dependent on it.

Pros

The team adopted it without any training, which never happens.

It is more platform than a small sales team needs.

The free tier is genuinely great

Email tracking and sequences saved our reps real time. Only real gripe is that the jump from free to paid is steep once you need automation.
