Ideal for billing by time

It is genuinely easy for someone who is not an accountant. Tracking billable time against a project and invoicing it is seamless.

Pros

It is genuinely easy for someone who is not an accountant.

Cons

The lower tiers cap billable clients and we hit that ceiling.

Best invoicing we have used

Automated payment reminders mean I stopped chasing clients myself, and tracking billable time against a project and invoicing it is seamless. No complaints so far.

Gets us paid faster

Tracking billable time against a project and invoicing it is seamless. Only real gripe is that it is lighter on proper bookkeeping than Xero or QuickBooks.

Perfect for a freelancer

The invoicing gets us paid noticeably faster than our old system. Only real gripe is that the lower tiers cap billable clients and we hit that ceiling.

Perfect for a freelancer

Seeing when a client has opened an invoice is quietly useful. Only real gripe is that the American roots show in a few of the defaults.
