Easy, if light on bookkeeping

The invoicing gets us paid noticeably faster than our old system. Only real gripe is that the American roots show in a few of the defaults.

Great for a service business

The invoicing gets us paid noticeably faster than our old system, and it is genuinely easy for someone who is not an accountant. No real inventory, so it does not suit a product business, but we live with it.

Ideal for billing by time

No real inventory, so it does not suit a product business. The American roots show in a few of the defaults. Looking at alternatives.

Pros

Seeing when a client has opened an invoice is quietly useful.

Cons

No real inventory, so it does not suit a product business.

Gets us paid faster

The invoicing gets us paid noticeably faster than our old system. Automated payment reminders mean I stopped chasing clients myself.

Pros

The invoicing gets us paid noticeably faster than our old system.

Cons

The lower tiers cap billable clients and we hit that ceiling.
