Ideal for billing by time

Automated payment reminders mean I stopped chasing clients myself. It is genuinely easy for someone who is not an accountant.

Pros

Automated payment reminders mean I stopped chasing clients myself.

Cons

The American roots show in a few of the defaults.

Ideal for billing by time

Automated payment reminders mean I stopped chasing clients myself, and seeing when a client has opened an invoice is quietly useful. The lower tiers cap billable clients and we hit that ceiling, but we live with it.

Great for a service business

Automated payment reminders mean I stopped chasing clients myself. Only real gripe is that it is lighter on proper bookkeeping than Xero or QuickBooks.

Perfect for a freelancer

Automated payment reminders mean I stopped chasing clients myself, and the invoicing gets us paid noticeably faster than our old system. No real inventory, so it does not suit a product business, but we live with it.
