UK built and it shows

Marketing automation is light, we run that separately, and the contact limits on lower tiers come up faster than expected. No consultant, no lengthy setup, just a working CRM, which is about the only positive.

Pros

No consultant, no lengthy setup, just a working CRM.

Cons

Marketing automation is light, we run that separately.

Simple and everyone uses it

The Xero integration keeps sales and finance in step. That said, marketing automation is light, we run that separately and not built for a complex sales operation.

Pros

The Xero integration keeps sales and finance in step.

Cons

Marketing automation is light, we run that separately.

Clean Xero integration

It is simple enough that everyone actually uses it. Only real gripe is that the contact limits on lower tiers come up faster than expected.
