UK built and it shows

You outgrow the simplicity as you get larger, and the contact limits on lower tiers come up faster than expected. It is simple enough that everyone actually uses it, which is about the only positive.

Pros

It is simple enough that everyone actually uses it.

Cons

You outgrow the simplicity as you get larger.

Just enough CRM

Being UK built, support understands our context. That said, the contact limits on lower tiers come up faster than expected and not built for a complex sales operation.
