UK built and it shows

Being UK built, support understands our context. Only real gripe is that marketing automation is light, we run that separately.

Pros

Being UK built, support understands our context.

Cons

Marketing automation is light, we run that separately.

Free tier got us started

It is simple enough that everyone actually uses it, and the Xero integration keeps sales and finance in step. The contact limits on lower tiers come up faster than expected, but we live with it.

Pros

It is simple enough that everyone actually uses it.

Cons

The contact limits on lower tiers come up faster than expected.
