Perfect for a small team

No consultant, no lengthy setup, just a working CRM, and the free tier let us start without spending a penny. Marketing automation is light, we run that separately, but we live with it.

Pros

No consultant, no lengthy setup, just a working CRM.

Cons

Marketing automation is light, we run that separately.

Just enough CRM

It is simple enough that everyone actually uses it, and being UK built, support understands our context. You outgrow the simplicity as you get larger, but we live with it.

Simple and everyone uses it

The free tier let us start without spending a penny. Only real gripe is that the contact limits on lower tiers come up faster than expected.
