Cloud move aside, it is solid

Auto enrolment assessment and postponement are handled properly, and support actually understands payroll rather than reading a script. It is payroll only, so HR sits in a separate product, but we live with it.

Pros

Auto enrolment assessment and postponement are handled properly.

Cons

It is payroll only, so HR sits in a separate product.

Trusted by our whole practice

The employee app stopped the constant requests for payslips, and it is ready on day one of every new tax year without fail. The move to cloud only meant relearning workflows we knew cold, but we live with it.

Pros

The employee app stopped the constant requests for payslips.

Cons

The move to cloud only meant relearning workflows we knew cold.

Cloud move aside, it is solid

The batch processing saves our bureau hours every month. We run forty client payrolls from one place and it never stumbles.

Pros

The batch processing saves our bureau hours every month.

Cons

Migrating years of desktop data took planning.

The bureau standard for a reason

The batch processing saves our bureau hours every month. Only real gripe is that it is payroll only, so HR sits in a separate product.

The batch processing saves our bureau hours every month.

It is payroll only, so HR sits in a separate product.

Ready every tax year

The new cloud pricing is less clear than the old desktop bands, and migrating years of desktop data took planning. The batch processing saves our bureau hours every month, which is about the only positive.

Pros

The batch processing saves our bureau hours every month.

Cons

The new cloud pricing is less clear than the old desktop bands.
