Cloud move aside, it is solid

We run forty client payrolls from one place and it never stumbles. That said, the new cloud pricing is less clear than the old desktop bands and the move to cloud only meant relearning workflows we knew cold.

Cons

Cloud move aside, it is solid

The batch processing saves our bureau hours every month, and the employee app stopped the constant requests for payslips. It is payroll only, so HR sits in a separate product, but we live with it.

Pros

The batch processing saves our bureau hours every month.

Cons

It is payroll only, so HR sits in a separate product.

Cloud move aside, it is solid

It is ready on day one of every new tax year without fail, and support actually understands payroll rather than reading a script. The move to cloud only meant relearning workflows we knew cold, but we live with it.

Pros

It is ready on day one of every new tax year without fail.

Cons

The move to cloud only meant relearning workflows we knew cold.

Handles our client payrolls

The new cloud pricing is less clear than the old desktop bands. Migrating years of desktop data took planning. Looking at alternatives.

Pros

We run forty client payrolls from one place and it never stumbles.

Cons

The new cloud pricing is less clear than the old desktop bands.
