Deep CRM without the price

Support on the lower tiers is lighter, and the upgrade path nudges you toward the full Zoho One bundle. The free edition covered our first few users at no cost, which is about the only positive.

Pros

The free edition covered our first few users at no cost.

Cons

Support on the lower tiers is lighter.

Incredible value for the features

The free edition covered our first few users at no cost. Only real gripe is that fewer UK partners know it than Salesforce or HubSpot.
