Mixed. We finally know which jobs make money rather than guessing, but it is job costing, not project management, there are no Gantt charts.

Worth the Ultimate upgrade for us

We finally know which jobs make money rather than guessing. Costs come from real supplier bills, not numbers typed into a spreadsheet.

Stopped us losing billable time

It closed the gap on unbilled hours within the first quarter. That said, no resource planning if you need to schedule the work as well and reporting is limited to what Xero gives you.

Job costing done simply

Costs come from real supplier bills, not numbers typed into a spreadsheet, and we finally know which jobs make money rather than guessing. You need the Ultimate plan, which is a jump from Grow, but we live with it.
