Fine up to a point

Employees update their own details and request holiday in the app, and the pay run posts straight to the ledger so there is no journal to key. No complaints so far.

The pay run posts straight to the ledger so there is no journal to key, and sharing one audit trail with the accounts made year end simpler. The per person allowance is easy to misread when you are growing, but we live with it.
