The ecosystem is unmatched

The reporting and forecasting are genuinely powerful, and there is almost nothing you cannot configure it to do. The real cost includes a consultant we did not budget for, but we live with it.

Pros

The reporting and forecasting are genuinely powerful.

Cons

The real cost includes a consultant we did not budget for.

The ecosystem is unmatched

The ecosystem means whatever we need to connect, someone built it, and it scaled with us as our sales operation grew complex. No complaints so far.

Scales to real complexity

Mixed. The ecosystem means whatever we need to connect, someone built it, but for a simple sales process it is far more than we needed.

Powerful, and you pay for it

Having a dedicated admin, it fits our process exactly. Only real gripe is that for a simple sales process it is far more than we needed.

Overkill for a small team

The ecosystem means whatever we need to connect, someone built it. That said, the cost climbs steeply once you are past the entry tier and for a simple sales process it is far more than we needed.
