Enterprise HR, enterprise effort

Sitting on Salesforce meant our platform team could support it, and the reporting on attrition and diversity is genuinely strong. No complaints so far.

Pros

Sitting on Salesforce meant our platform team could support it.

Cons

No UK payroll, so the integration needs proper scoping.

Powerful, and a real project

Running four countries in one system was the requirement and it delivers, and the reporting on attrition and diversity is genuinely strong. No UK payroll, so the integration needs proper scoping, but we live with it.

Pros

Running four countries in one system was the requirement and it delivers.

Cons

No UK payroll, so the integration needs proper scoping.

Mixed. The reporting on attrition and diversity is genuinely strong, but more system than we needed at 300 people.

Powerful, and a real project

No UK payroll, so the integration needs proper scoping. More system than we needed at 300 people. Looking at alternatives.

Pros

Workforce analytics gave our board data it had never seen.

Cons

No UK payroll, so the integration needs proper scoping.

Enterprise HR, enterprise effort

Configurable workflows matched our process rather than the other way round, and sitting on Salesforce meant our platform team could support it. No complaints so far.

Pros

Configurable workflows matched our process rather than the other way round.

Cons

Cost is enterprise and the licence is only part of it.

Multi country was the deciding factor

Implementation was a nine month project, and the administrative overhead is heavy for a mid sized HR team. Sitting on Salesforce meant our platform team could support it, which is about the only positive.

Pros

Sitting on Salesforce meant our platform team could support it.

Cons

Implementation was a nine month project.
