Powerful, and a real project

Running four countries in one system was the requirement and it delivers. Configurable workflows matched our process rather than the other way round.

Pros

Running four countries in one system was the requirement and it delivers.

Cons

No UK payroll, so the integration needs proper scoping.

Analytics our board actually uses

The reporting on attrition and diversity is genuinely strong. Only real gripe is that no UK payroll, so the integration needs proper scoping.

Pros

The reporting on attrition and diversity is genuinely strong.

Cons

No UK payroll, so the integration needs proper scoping.

Powerful, and a real project

Workforce analytics gave our board data it had never seen, and the reporting on attrition and diversity is genuinely strong. The administrative overhead is heavy for a mid sized HR team, but we live with it.

Pros

Workforce analytics gave our board data it had never seen.

Cons

The administrative overhead is heavy for a mid sized HR team.

Good fit above 500 people

No UK payroll, so the integration needs proper scoping, and more system than we needed at 300 people. Running four countries in one system was the requirement and it delivers, which is about the only positive.

Pros

Running four countries in one system was the requirement and it delivers.

Cons

No UK payroll, so the integration needs proper scoping.
