Multi country was the deciding factor

The reporting on attrition and diversity is genuinely strong, and sitting on Salesforce meant our platform team could support it. No complaints so far.

Pros

The reporting on attrition and diversity is genuinely strong.

Cons

More system than we needed at 300 people.

Powerful, and a real project

Configurable workflows matched our process rather than the other way round. That said, more system than we needed at 300 people and cost is enterprise and the licence is only part of it.

Pros

Configurable workflows matched our process rather than the other way round.

Cons

More system than we needed at 300 people.

Powerful, and a real project

Workforce analytics gave our board data it had never seen. Running four countries in one system was the requirement and it delivers.

Pros

Workforce analytics gave our board data it had never seen.

Cons

The administrative overhead is heavy for a mid sized HR team.

Powerful, and a real project

Running four countries in one system was the requirement and it delivers, and sitting on Salesforce meant our platform team could support it. No UK payroll, so the integration needs proper scoping, but we live with it.
