Multi country was the deciding factor

Running four countries in one system was the requirement and it delivers, and sitting on Salesforce meant our platform team could support it. No complaints so far.

Pros

Running four countries in one system was the requirement and it delivers.

Cons

The administrative overhead is heavy for a mid sized HR team.

Analytics our board actually uses

Configurable workflows matched our process rather than the other way round, and sitting on Salesforce meant our platform team could support it. No UK payroll, so the integration needs proper scoping, but we live with it.

Pros

Configurable workflows matched our process rather than the other way round.

Cons

No UK payroll, so the integration needs proper scoping.

Enterprise HR, enterprise effort

Cost is enterprise and the licence is only part of it, and more system than we needed at 300 people. Configurable workflows matched our process rather than the other way round, which is about the only positive.

Pros

Configurable workflows matched our process rather than the other way round.

Cons

Cost is enterprise and the licence is only part of it.

Powerful, and a real project

Mixed. Workforce analytics gave our board data it had never seen, but cost is enterprise and the licence is only part of it.

Powerful, and a real project

Configurable workflows matched our process rather than the other way round. Only real gripe is that cost is enterprise and the licence is only part of it.

Multi country was the deciding factor

Workforce analytics gave our board data it had never seen. The reporting on attrition and diversity is genuinely strong.

Pros
