Multi country was the deciding factor

Running four countries in one system was the requirement and it delivers, and workforce analytics gave our board data it had never seen. More system than we needed at 300 people, but we live with it.

Pros

Running four countries in one system was the requirement and it delivers.

Cons

More system than we needed at 300 people.

Enterprise HR, enterprise effort

The reporting on attrition and diversity is genuinely strong. Only real gripe is that no UK payroll, so the integration needs proper scoping.

Good fit above 500 people

Sitting on Salesforce meant our platform team could support it. That said, implementation was a nine month project and more system than we needed at 300 people.

Implementation was a nine month project.

Mixed. Configurable workflows matched our process rather than the other way round, but implementation was a nine month project.

Analytics our board actually uses

More system than we needed at 300 people, and no UK payroll, so the integration needs proper scoping. Configurable workflows matched our process rather than the other way round, which is about the only positive.

Pros

Configurable workflows matched our process rather than the other way round.

Cons

More system than we needed at 300 people.

Powerful, and a real project

Mixed. The reporting on attrition and diversity is genuinely strong, but cost is enterprise and the licence is only part of it.
