Enterprise HR, enterprise effort

Sitting on Salesforce meant our platform team could support it. Only real gripe is that the administrative overhead is heavy for a mid sized HR team.

Pros

Sitting on Salesforce meant our platform team could support it.

Cons

The administrative overhead is heavy for a mid sized HR team.

Multi country was the deciding factor

Cost is enterprise and the licence is only part of it, and no UK payroll, so the integration needs proper scoping. Configurable workflows matched our process rather than the other way round, which is about the only positive.

Pros

Configurable workflows matched our process rather than the other way round.

Cons

Cost is enterprise and the licence is only part of it.

Enterprise HR, enterprise effort

The reporting on attrition and diversity is genuinely strong. That said, more system than we needed at 300 people and implementation was a nine month project.

Pros

The reporting on attrition and diversity is genuinely strong.

Cons

More system than we needed at 300 people.

Powerful, and a real project

Workforce analytics gave our board data it had never seen, and configurable workflows matched our process rather than the other way round. Implementation was a nine month project, but we live with it.

Pros

Workforce analytics gave our board data it had never seen.

Cons

Implementation was a nine month project.
