Powerful, and a real project

Workforce analytics gave our board data it had never seen. Configurable workflows matched our process rather than the other way round.

Pros

Workforce analytics gave our board data it had never seen.

Cons

The administrative overhead is heavy for a mid sized HR team.

Multi country was the deciding factor

Running four countries in one system was the requirement and it delivers, and sitting on Salesforce meant our platform team could support it. No complaints so far.

Pros

Running four countries in one system was the requirement and it delivers.

Cons

Cost is enterprise and the licence is only part of it.

Multi country was the deciding factor

More system than we needed at 300 people, and no UK payroll, so the integration needs proper scoping. Configurable workflows matched our process rather than the other way round, which is about the only positive.

Pros

Configurable workflows matched our process rather than the other way round.

Cons

More system than we needed at 300 people.

Multi country was the deciding factor

Configurable workflows matched our process rather than the other way round, and the reporting on attrition and diversity is genuinely strong. No complaints so far.

Running four countries in one system was the requirement and it delivers. Only real gripe is that cost is enterprise and the licence is only part of it.

Sitting on Salesforce meant our platform team could support it, and the reporting on attrition and diversity is genuinely strong. Implementation was a nine month project, but we live with it.
