Good fit above 500 people

Workforce analytics gave our board data it had never seen. Running four countries in one system was the requirement and it delivers.

Pros

Workforce analytics gave our board data it had never seen.

Cons

The administrative overhead is heavy for a mid sized HR team.

Good fit above 500 people

Sitting on Salesforce meant our platform team could support it. That said, no UK payroll, so the integration needs proper scoping and implementation was a nine month project.

Pros

Sitting on Salesforce meant our platform team could support it.

Cons

No UK payroll, so the integration needs proper scoping.

Multi country was the deciding factor

The reporting on attrition and diversity is genuinely strong, and running four countries in one system was the requirement and it delivers. No complaints so far.

Pros

The reporting on attrition and diversity is genuinely strong.

Cons

Cost is enterprise and the licence is only part of it.

Analytics our board actually uses

Running four countries in one system was the requirement and it delivers, and the reporting on attrition and diversity is genuinely strong. Implementation was a nine month project, but we live with it.

Pros

Running four countries in one system was the requirement and it delivers.

Cons

Implementation was a nine month project.

Powerful, and a real project

Configurable workflows matched our process rather than the other way round, and sitting on Salesforce meant our platform team could support it. No complaints so far.

Pros

Configurable workflows matched our process rather than the other way round.

Cons

No UK payroll, so the integration needs proper scoping.

Enterprise HR, enterprise effort

No UK payroll, so the integration needs proper scoping, and the administrative overhead is heavy for a mid sized HR team. The reporting on attrition and diversity is genuinely strong, which is about the only positive.

Pros

The reporting on attrition and diversity is genuinely strong.

Cons

No UK payroll, so the integration needs proper scoping.
