Consolidation went from days to minutes

Intercompany transactions post correctly without manual journals. Only real gripe is that you need a good partner and they are not all good.

Pros

Intercompany transactions post correctly without manual journals.

Cons

You need a good partner and they are not all good.

Not cheap, but it solved the reporting

The close has come down from twelve days to five. That said, not the right tool if your complexity is in the warehouse and there is no published price, which makes budgeting a negotiation.

Pros

The close has come down from twelve days to five.

Cons

Not the right tool if your complexity is in the warehouse.

Dimensions were the whole reason we moved

Project accounting gives us revenue recognition we can actually audit, and dimensions replaced a four segment nominal code structure we hated. Not the right tool if your complexity is in the warehouse, but we live with it.

Good software, partner dependent

Project accounting gives us revenue recognition we can actually audit. Only real gripe is that some UK specifics needed configuring rather than working out of the box.
