Dated, but it connects

Case management means service and sales share one customer view. That said, adoption was a fight until we made it the only route to quotes and marketing automation is basic, we run a separate tool.

Integration is the reason, not the UI

Quotes flow into the finance system without rekeying, and sales can see live credit position from Sage 200 without leaving the record. The interface is well behind HubSpot and the sales team notice, but we live with it.
