Dated, but it connects

Sales can see live credit position from Sage 200 without leaving the record, and case management means service and sales share one customer view. Marketing automation is basic, we run a separate tool, but we live with it.

Pros

Sales can see live credit position from Sage 200 without leaving the record.

Cons

Marketing automation is basic, we run a separate tool.

Chosen for the Sage 200 link

Mixed. Case management means service and sales share one customer view, but the interface is well behind HubSpot and the sales team notice.

Pros

Case management means service and sales share one customer view.

Cons

The interface is well behind HubSpot and the sales team notice.

Fine if you are already on Sage

On premise deployment satisfied our data policy. Only real gripe is that adoption was a fight until we made it the only route to quotes.

Pros

On premise deployment satisfied our data policy.

Cons

Adoption was a fight until we made it the only route to quotes.

Integration is the reason, not the UI

It was a far shorter project than integrating a third party CRM, and quotes flow into the finance system without rekeying. No complaints so far.

Pros

It was a far shorter project than integrating a third party CRM.

Cons

The interface is well behind HubSpot and the sales team notice.

It was a far shorter project than integrating a third party CRM. Only real gripe is that little reason to pick it if you are not already on Sage finance.
