Dated, but it connects

It was a far shorter project than integrating a third party CRM, and sales can see live credit position from Sage 200 without leaving the record. No published pricing and it comes through a partner, but we live with it.

Pros

It was a far shorter project than integrating a third party CRM.

Cons

No published pricing and it comes through a partner.

The interface is well behind HubSpot and the sales team notice.

Case management means service and sales share one customer view. Only real gripe is that no published pricing and it comes through a partner.

Fine if you are already on Sage

Mixed. Case management means service and sales share one customer view, but little reason to pick it if you are not already on Sage finance.
